SULLIVAN, Mo. - The Jefferson City Lady Jays improved to 2-0 on the season by ripping Sullivan 7-1 on Thursday.
Krista Brickey twirled a three-hitter to pick up the victory in the circle.
Allyson Metz had two hits, including a home run, and drove in two runs for the winners. Riley Hays added two hits and two RBI and Dakota Newton rapped out three hits.
The Lady Jays will play Tuesday at Lebanon.
