Six months after the dust has settled, Carroll-Rehma Motors in Linn invites local consumers to check out a new dealership experience. A ribbon-cutting will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, followed by an open house until 7 p.m.
Improvements include an inviting exterior façade with updated signage; a bright showroom featuring a customer greeting station; renovated service drive-in bays; a comfortable customer lounge offering wireless internet access; a great coffee bar; and wide-screen TV viewing.
"We've looked at the customer experience from all viewpoints, and the facility updates we've made cater to our customers' needs to provide the best dealership experience," said owner Mike Carroll.
Carroll-Rehma Motors invested more than half a million dollars to make the significant improvements to their dealership.
Carroll-Rehma Motors opened its doors in 1980 when Ron Carroll and Terry Rehma purchased the dealership as partners from Joe Seldon Chevrolet. Carroll-Rehma now employs more than 70 people and serves as the Chevrolet dealer for Osage, Gasconade and portions of Callaway counties.
