The Missouri Department of Transportation is selling its former maintenance facilities in New Bloomfield and Jamestown. The buildings were closed in 2011 as part of efforts to become a smaller agency.
The New Bloomfield building sits on 4.99 acres at 3695 Meadow Lake Road and includes a six-bay maintenance building with an office, break room and bathroom. The location also has an equipment storage building with lights and electrical outlets as well as partial concrete flooring. There is a two-bay material storage building located on the property designed for commercial use.
The list price on the property is $93,000.
The Jamestown building is located on 3.94 acres at 327 S. Mill St. It includes a six-bay maintenance building with an office and bathroom. It also includes a two-bay material storage building and two above-ground fuel storage tanks with containment structures.
The list price is $100,000.
