NEW BLOOMFIELD - After making its way into the Class 2 state rankings, Russellville began to back it up with a 10-3 win over New Bloomfield on Monday night.
Chandler Wolf picked up the win, tossing 4 2/3 innings of relief, striking out nine and allowing one hit with two walks.
Kaleb Libbert went 2-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored, Wolf went 2-for-4 with an RBI and Chase Smith went 2-for-4. The Indians racked up 11 hits.
Russellville (11-6) travels Thursday to Eugene.
