BELLEVILLE, Ill. - The Westminster Blue Jays upset the top-seeded Webster Gorloks 5-2 to win the championship match of the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Tournament on Saturday.
In singles, Tony Stephenson (Helias High School) posted a 7-6 (7-3 tiebreaker), 6-3 victory for Westminster.
Stephenson then claimed a 9-7 win with teammate Anthony Becker in doubles.
The Blue Jays end their season at 9-10 overall and 6-2 in league play.
