The Monticello Singers are presenting a spring concert at First Christian Church in Jefferson City.
The group sings acappella and received instruction from Cindy McClain, choral director. She was director of men's ensemble at Westminster College and the Cantorum after Pat Healey stepped down as conductor.
She and Bill Lehman accompany songs alternately on a grand piano keyboard to enhance the music.
Audiences will recognize contemporary favorites from Billy Joel, Frankie Valle and the King Sisters as well as more traditional songs.
