It was a Jefferson City sweep Saturday at the Capital City Relays.
Led by 10 event victories, the Jefferson City Lady Jays totaled 243.5 team points to take girls honors by nearly 90 points. On the boys side, the Jefferson City Jays won six events and finished with 180 team points.
Kezia Martin was a double-winner for the Lady Jays, taking first in the long jump and triple jump.
On the boys side, Joey Burkett of the Jays set a Capital City Relays record by clearing 15-0 in the pole vault.

Will Fife of Helias was a double-winner in the throws on the boys side.
Fife took first in the shot put with a toss of 57-10 1/2, more than 10 feet better than the runner-up. In the discus, Fife established a Helias school record with a throw of 176-6. That bettered the previous mark of 174-10 set by Jeff Kremer in 1993.
The Crusaders' 4x400-meter relay team of Josh Woodruff, J.C. Szumigala, Jordan Walker and Griff McCurren won its event in a school-record time of 3:26.20. The old mark of 3:26.47 was set in 2012.
Helias finished tied for fifth in the team standings with 84 points.
On the girls side, Helias was fifth with 60 points.

The South Callaway boys and girls also took part in the event Saturday.
The Lady Bulldogs finished with 33 team points to take seventh in the 11-team event. The Bulldogs had four points on the boys side to finish 11th.
