Blair Oaks golf captures title

LAKE OZARK — The Blair Oaks golf team captured the title at the School of the Osage Invitational on Friday.

In the event, one member of each team competed in stroke play, while two pairs of players competed in a two-man scramble.

The Falcons won the 12-team event with a score of 229, while Dixon and Windsor tied for second at 250. Hazelwood West was fourth at 255 and School of the Osage rounded out the top five at 260.

Blair Oaks’ Kory Franks was the overall medalist, as he fired a 72.

The Falcons’ Tanner Elder and Justin Kleffner took third among the scramble teams with a 78. Blair Oaks’ other team of Jordan Eichholz and Dylan Burnell shot a 79.

Blair Oaks will play Monday at California.
