Jays frosh sweep

CAMDENTON — The Jefferson City freshman team swept a doubleheader with Camdenton on Monday.

The Jays won the first game 18-2. Taylor Hartman picked up the victory. Gerrit Shirts had three hits. Blaine Meyer, Logan Schmitz and Dave Rogers had two hits each.

Helias won the second game 15-2.

Garrett Durbin had three hits for Jefferson City (2-0) which plays at Fatima today.
