The first few games, it’s understandable. Now it’s starting to get a bit ridiculous.

“Every week we’ve played, everyone’s been undefeated when we’ve played them,” Lincoln football coach Mike Jones said. “We’re getting used to that.”

The trend continues for Game 5 of the season, as the Blue Tigers (0-4, 0-4 Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association) travel to face Emporia (Kan.) State (4-0, 4-0 MIAA) at 1 p.m. today at Welch Stadium.
