This one hurt.

The momentum appeared to be firmly in the possession of the Helias Crusaders. Chris Westermann’s goal with a little less than three minutes left Thursday night pulled Helias into a tie at 3 with the Rolla Bulldogs at the 179 Soccer Park.

But momentum can turn on a dime. Or a foul call.

The Bulldogs took advantage of a foul called on the Crusaders just outside the box about a minute later and Aaron Froehlich scored the game-winner on the restart as Rolla pulled out a 4-3 victory.
