Jefferson City's Finance Committee is looking at adjustments to future budget processes, determining what went well in this last process and what needs to be changed in the coming years.
At the Finance Committee meeting Tuesday, committee chairman and 2nd Ward Councilman Shawn Schulte said this year saw some minor changes to the process, such as discussing and pinning down a concrete number for estimated revenues first and looking at more of the city's history in that area before making a decision.
