Ann Romney says electing a Mormon a good signal
Wednesday, September 26, 2012
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Ann Romney says the election of her husband, a Mormon, would signal "that prejudices are left behind" just as the election of President Barack Obama sent that signal.
The wife of Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney tells "Tonight Show" host Jay Leno that she loves the fact that the nation elected its first African-American president.
Asked by Leno to reflect on the significance of the first Mormon president, Mrs. Romney said she hoped that if her husband were elected, "We would see more of the same, that prejudices are left behind."
The Romneys met in high school. Asked whether Mitt Romney was a good dancer back then, she tells Leno: "He's gotten to be a better dancer."
Mrs. Romney's appearance was taped for Tuesday's night Leno program.

Since we had our first African American President now it is time for a Morman one? One must wonder what is going on inside of her head? I elected the best man qualified for the job, and that was Barack Obama in 2008. Barack Obama is the best man for the job in 2012, the American people do not need to return to the ways of the Republicans, give to the rich and take from the middle class. The republicans do not take it in the form of taxes so much, but in poor management, war, and they leave the rest for the next administration! If you liked the both President Bush 1, and BUSH 2. You are going love Romeny! Rob

" I elected the best man qualified for the job, and that was Barack Obama in 2008." = Yes. Today's stellar economy, increasing household incomes, jobs explosion, low unemployment, peace with the middle east, balanced federal budget, lowered sea levels, Guantanamo closing, not being taxed for something I didn't purchase via government mandates, and the end to class warfare are all indicators you elected the best man qualified for the job, and that was Barack Hussein Obama. BHO makes Bush look like a conservative. Keep up the good work.

By 2003, W. had almost halved the DJIA. He grew it, then more than halved it again, leaving the current President to address his flawed notions. The current president has about doubled the DJIA from when all of W.'s policies imploded.
