For the past year or so, State Fair Community College (SFCC) students have spent the better part of their school days piecing together the fire-ravaged remains of the historic Camp Pin Oak dining lodge at Missouri's Lake of the Ozarks.

The framework is up, the side walls on the kitchen wing of the building are under construction and a large section of the roof is nearly finished. Bill Arnold, superintendent of Lake of the Ozarks State Park, said it is his understanding the college hopes to have the project completed sometime next spring or summer.
