Fulton girl granted wish to swim with dolphins
Sidney Nelson, 11, lives her dream as she swims with Yoko the Dolphin at Discovery Cove in Orlando, Fla. The Fulton girl — who uses a wheelchair after an ATV accident last year — got to visit Discovery Cove and Disney World through Dream Factory Inc., a wish-granting organization for children with critical or chronic illnesses or disabilities.

FULTON, Mo. — “A dream is a wish your heart makes.”
Many know those lyrics from the 1950 Disney film “Cinderella,” but they rang true last week for Sidney Nelson, an 11-year-old Fulton girl who lived her dream of visiting Disney World and swimming with dolphins.
Nelson, who uses a wheelchair following an all-terrain vehicle accident last year, made the trip through the Mexico, Mo., chapter of Dream Factory, a group dedicated to granting wishes of children 3 through 18 who are “critically or chronically ill.”
Nelson’s name was entered to the organization, which then contacted her to ....
