Schoeller launches ‘farm’ tour

He doesn’t have a specific agriculture platform, but State Rep. Shane Schoeller this week is taking has secretary of state campaign to Missouri’s agriculture community.

And he began his “Farm Values Tour” on Monday morning at the Missouri Soybean Association’s Jefferson City headquarters.

“Shane has been a huge supporter of agriculture (and) has stood up for those things that we think are important,” Soybean Association Director Dale Ludwig explained, as he introduced Shoeller to a small group gathered in the conference room.

Schoeller, R-Willard, said: “One of the most major ways that the office of secretary of state matters is in the area of the initiative petition process.”
