Jefferson City police respond to gunshots

Jefferson City police are investigating reports of shots being fired in the 800 block of Broadway Street at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday.

Police determined that no one was injured and that numerous rounds had been fired into a residence in the block.

Detectives were called to the scene and are investigating the incident.

Oh, just let them shoot each other. The sooner they do it, the better off this town will be.

This was just a block down the street from me, and I was outside on my porch when it happened. There were about 6 gunshots.It was scary, honestly. Theres also a day care across the street, so this is an issue. How dare someone say " just let them shoot each other".
