There are big innings. And then there’s what Helias did in the first inning Wednesday night at Duensing Field.

Sixteen batters to the plate. Eleven runs. All nine starters on base. Seven hits. Four walks. And one monster home run.

The Lady Crusaders’ mighty frame paved the way to a 14-3 five-inning romp over Moberly.
