Volleyball: Helias wins tourney

WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The Helias Lady Crusaders went 7-0 on Saturday to capture the title at the West Plains Show-Me Showdown.

Helias went 4-0 to win its pool. The top eight teams in the 15-team event advanced to bracket play, with Helias being the No. 1 seed. The Lady Crusaders defeated Paragould in the quarterfinals, then bested Mountain Grove to advance to the final. Helias defeated Logan-Rogersville to take the title.
