Cole County Judge Dan Green recently sentenced a Jefferson City man to two years in prison for pleading guilty to charges in connection with a break-in at a public pool in May.
Joseph Frasher, 23, 5121 S. Brooks Drive, was charged with second-degree burglary and first-degree property damage.
According to police reports, officers received a report of a burglary alarm at Memorial Park Aquatic Facility, 120 Binder Drive. A police dog was able to track two suspects, one of them Frasher, to their hiding place in a garden shed behind a residence on nearby Oakview Drive, and they were taken into custody.
