Editor, when the reporter says that the man physically took personal belongings from two people, I have to ask if there have been instances where a robbert mentally or spiritually took belongings from folks too? I mean- is that word really needed in the story? I see that all the time and hear people say things like that- just wondering if I am physically missing something here?

Author probably meant "forcibly?" I don't think the local media hires journalists anymore.
While we're on the subject, what is a "robbert", anyway?
