Missouri voters should retain Supreme Court Judge George W. Draper III and all of the appeals court judges whose names appear on the Nov. 6 general election ballot.
That's the recommendation of The Missouri Bar's Judicial Performance Evaluations, based on an every-other-year survey of lawyers who argue cases before judges who get their jobs under the Nonpartisan Court Plan.
The survey answers resulted in a recommendation for voters to reject the retention of only one judge - St. Louis County Associate Circuit Judge Dale Hood. Mid-Missouri voters have no say on Hood's future.
