With the Jefferson City Council still debating whether to keep funding for JCTV in next year's budget, those who run the public access channel are looking at ways to increase the public's awareness about what they do, and to try to bring in new revenue.
At a Friday afternoon meeting of the city's JCTV steering committee, station manager Gloria Enloe presented an action plan she came up with after council members last month decided to keep up to $165,000 in the city budget for the service - pending their final approval of the budget.
