FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) - Authorities say a man has discovered the bodies of his twin sister and her friend in a townhome in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/UjcxuF) reported that the friend's 1-year-old daughter was left unharmed. The girl was crying near her dead mother when she was found early Friday.
Relatives identified the women as 30-year-old townhome resident Claudia Williams and her 29-year-old friend, Tasheera Johnson.
Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson says both women had been shot to death. Jackson says there were no signs of forced entry and that the killer likely knew the victims.
Police suspect the killer left in a car belonging to the mother of one of the victims. Authorities in Madison County, Ill., discovered the car Friday afternoon.
