Miller adds Zumba to gymnastics, cheerleading work with youth

RUSSELLVILLE, Mo. — At a woods-surrounded studio, little girls find the boldness to throw their legs over their head for handsprings and cartwheels, and women find the confidence to exercise their way to health and weight loss.

Four years ago, Jeane Miller added a studio to her rural home on Route V west of Russellville. Similarly, in the last decade Miller added gymnastics and Zumba classes to the community.

It started as a trade-out between parents; Miller needed someone to pick up her daughter from school and the other parent wanted her daughter to learn gymnastics. Soon, other parents were eager for Miller to teach their children, too. And a local business owner offered ....
