Capital Read program wraps up series on ‘A Good American’

Alex George was always told to write what he knows, so for his fifth novel, that’s exactly what he did.

“It was great advice,” he said. “The novel is about picking up family and moving to the middle of a foreign country.”

His novel, “A Good American,” was published in February and was selected in May as the Missouri River Regional Library’s 2012 Capital Read.
