Local pizza restaurant expanding

While some other local restaurants are struggling in a still-shaky economy, Arris Pizza Palace in downtown Jefferson City is expanding its seating.

The pizza restaurant, which has consistently topped local readers’ choice polls for best pizza, is putting in a new banquet room that will seat up to 40.

It should prevent customers from waiting for a seat during dinner on their two busiest nights, Friday and Saturday.
