Restaurants try to make do

During Tuesday's water disruption

Many restaurants in downtown Jefferson City did their best to remain open Tuesday after a water outage caused problems throughout the city. Others closed temporarily until the water came back on.

Meanwhile, demand for at least one business - Jobsite Sanitary Toilets - was booming during the water outage.
