JC armed robbery under investigation

On Monday at 2:54 pm Jefferson City police officers responded to the Budget Inn at 1309 Jefferson Street regarding an armed robbery.

The victim, a 23 year old Memphis, Tennessee resident, advised the suspects displayed a gun and took money from him.

The victim stated the suspects were a white female and a white male.

No arrests have been made at this time.

The Detective Section is following up on information provided by the victim.
