Russellville plans celebration of 175th anniversary

About 10 active volunteers have been meeting monthly to brainstorm ideas and recruit volunteers for the city’s 175th anniversary, which will be celebrated during the annual Frog Leg Festival and Engine Show on June 8, 2013.
