Helias falls to Quincy in volleyball

This one sure lived up to its billing.

Helias and Quincy (Ill.) entered Monday night’s volleyball match at Rackers Fieldhouse with just three combined losses in 56 matches.

Both teams more than met expectations by staging an epic back-and-forth battle, which almost made it a shame somebody had to lose.

In the end, though, it was Quincy that came out on top. Helias picked up its third loss of the season by dropping a 16-25, 25-23, 23-25 decision.
