The Jefferson City Council is exploring various decisions for the proposed conference center, working to get the request for proposals ready to send out.
The council met Monday in a special work session to discuss "decision points" within the conference center discussion. They got through four decision points before adjourning and will take the matter up again in two weeks.
"We are building the recipe that will basically be our RFP," said Mayor Eric Struemph.
