Conference serves as classroom for the educators

The Show Me Conference is replacing competition with collaboration, off the court and in the classroom.

Hundreds of teachers, administrators and support staff from the nine conference schools on Friday held the fourth annual combined professional development day at Cole R-5 Schools in Eugene.

“We developed a mindset that we want to help each other become better schools,” Jeff Koonce, superintendent at Tuscumbia.
