JC band places third at marching band event

The Jefferson City Marching Jay Band placed third at the Lafayette Marching Band Tournament on Sept 29.

In the preliminary round, Jefferson City earned second place, 4.5 points over Camdenton, but lost to Fort Zumwalt North. Jefferson City earned third place in the finals, .03 points under Camdenton.
