The Helias Crusaders walked off the field last Friday night disappointed after a 35-6 loss at Rock Bridge.

Things got a little better after watching the game tape.

"You're never as good as you think you are, you're never as bad as you think you are," Helias coach Phil Pitts said. "It was really just one thing here, one thing there that got us into a hole early. And if we can shore those things up, we'll be a better football team."

The process of getting better started during the week in practice and the possible fruits of that work will be on display Saturday afternoon when Helias (3-3, ranked No. 8 in Class 4) hosts MICDS (1-5) at Adkins Stadium.
