Clarksburg woman sentenced to prison for child porn

A Clarksburg woman was sentenced in federal court Tuesday for producing child pornography.

Priscilla Ramirez Flores, 42, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Nanette Laughrey to seven years in federal prison without parole.

Co-defendant Timothy Lee Senkowski, Sr., 51, of California, Mo., was sentenced on August 23 to 19 years and eight months in federal prison without parole.

On February 14, Senkowski pleaded guilty to producing child pornography.

According to court documents, Senkowski turned over two computers to investigators with the California Police Department.

Investigators recovered numerous images of child pornography of a 12-year-old girl, as well as the beginning framework for the construction of a Web site that was intended to feature photographs of the child victim.

Flores pleaded guilty to the same charge on April 15, 2010.

According to court documents, Flores told law enforcement officers that she was involved in taking some of the photos and had not objected to the photos being taken. Flores also told officers that she had begun the construction of the Web site.

Typical Femony penalties. For men it is 19 years but for women you have to take the male charge (M) divide by 2 then further subtract some number depending on age of female perp, her looks factor, whether or not she cries at the hearing and if she got some old liberal judge or a new Femi-nazi one.

Usually breaks down to less than half the amount of time given to the man and she will get her parole a few years earlier as well.

Further reduction is available if she accuses her male partner of forcible coercion or threats.

At least he's spelling the slurs correctly now. That's progress, of a sort.

Maybe now he can clearly see that this phrase he parrots actually compares uppity women with 6 million corpses.

To me, the trivial, winking, tossed-off references to your political enemies by invoking the Holocaust shows a profound disrespect for the dead and for the power of words and ideas. Nobody is a "Nazi" except a Nazi. Maybe in talk show land, but not in the real world.

It's a TV/radio entertainment personality. Shallow quips. Oblivious. Silly. Ohhh, isn't everyone just SHOCKED and OFFENDED! Yawn. This is nothing to get bent out of shape over, but do the rest of you want this mentality picking our leadership? Punish the conservative "movement" at the polls, all day every day.

If you don't like Obama, look at Gary Johnson. Look at his use of the veto in New Mexico. He's a real conservative, it seems.

Crimes against children always get very light sentences. I don't know why courts value children so little. A typical abuse/ murder conviction against a child gets 7-10 years of actual time served. Some only get a little probation.
