There were no state softball titles for area schools this season, but their were still plenty of outstanding individual seasons.
Three area players were named first-team selections for their respective all-state teams, while nine more made the second team as picked by the Missouri Fastpitch Coaches Association.
Blair Oaks' sophomore Jolie Duffner was a first-team infielder in Class 3, Southern Boone senior Taylor Phillips was a first-team pitcher in Class 3 and St. Elizabeth senior Erin Struemph was a first-team pitcher in Class 1.
