Three indicted for roles in two chases

Among those indicted this week by the Cole County Grand Jury was a Jefferson City man who was taken into custody after a high-speed chase in October.

David Rodebaugh Sr., 37, of 1104 Madison St., was charged with second-degree domestic assault, resisting arrest, driving while revoked and second-degree property damage.

Also indicted in a separate case were two Jefferson City residents who led law enforcement officers on a car chase near the border of Cole and Miller counties last month. Robert Mahan Jr., 31, was charged with resisting arrest, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, felonious restraint, driving while revoked and distribution of a controlled substance.

Brooklyn Heislen, 23, was charged with distribution of a controlled substance.
