The Lincoln men's basketball team finished the SBU Classic over the weekend with an 0-2 record after falling 77-61 to Wayne (Neb.) State on Saturday night at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar.
Shakir Preston and Sean Harris both scored 14 points to lead the Blue Tigers, and Charles Cole added 12. Cedric Ridle Jr. grabbed 10 rebounds.
Meanwhile, the Lincoln women's basketball team opened up the regular season with an 82-69 loss to NAIA foe William Woods on Saturday afternoon at Jason Gym.
