Prep Volleyball: Tri-County Conference selections

California’s Sydney Deeken and Blair Oaks’ Joy Northweather highlighted the All-Tri-County Conference volleyball selections.

Deeken, a junior, was named player of the year, while Northweather was named coach of the year.
