Missouri rolls to exhibition win against Mo. Southern

COLUMBIA - Showcasing the kind of depth that's expected to be their strength this season, the Missouri Tigers closed out their exhibition schedule in style Sunday.

Former high-school teammates Negus Webster-Chan and Stefan Jankovic combined for 34 points and 12 rebounds in the Tigers' 86-60 win over the Missouri Southern Lions at Mizzou Arena.

Webster-Chan, thrust into the starting lineup at point guard due to an illness that sidelined Keion Bell, did not commit a turnover in 28 minutes of play. He also contributed 14 points on 3-of-7 shooting and had seven rebounds and three assists.

Jankovic, meanwhile, came off the bench and paced the Tigers with 20 points on 8-of-13 shooting. He connected on 3-of-4 shots from 3-point range.
