Chestnut Street subject of hearing

A public hearing will be held Monday on possibly vacating Chestnut Street to Lincoln University, which plans to close the street to through traffic.

At the City Council meeting Monday, members of the public will be able to provide input on the issue before the council takes action. Representatives of Lincoln will give a presentation on the plans for the street if vacated.
