The Jefferson City and Blair Oaks school districts are among nine Mid-Missouri public school operations getting more state aid in the next school year than they received this year.
"I'm very pleased with this decision," said Jason Hoffman, the Jefferson City district's chief financial and chief operating officer.
However, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) plan would reduce aid to the Cole County R-5 District in Eugene.
