Deeken wins two titles, hoped for more

California’s Sydney Deeken didn’t set any personal records at Friday’s Class 2 Missouri State High School Activities Association Track Championships.

As an indication of how dominant she can be, she won a pair of state titles anyway.

Deeken took home first-place trophies in both the triple jump and the high jump.

Just how good is Deeken? Even winning two state title left her wanting just a little bit more.
