WESTPHALIA, Mo. — For the Southern Boone Lady Eagles, Tuesday’s district championship game was all about time. Like how little time it took them to score the game’s first goal. Or how it was just a matter of time before their tons of good chances turned into another score.

The Lady Eagles needed less than two minutes to score the game’s first goal and used it as a springboard to a 3-0 win over the Fatima Lady Comets in the Class 1 District 9 title game.
