UCM moves on

KANSAS CITY, Kan. — The fifth-ranked Central Missouri Mules captured the title of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Tournament by beating Fort Hays State 7-1 on Sunday.

Jordan Coons (Jefferson City High School) went 3-for-5, one of them a double, with one RBI for the Mules in the win. He also stole his 19th base of the season.

Brad Wilson (Helias High School) was 1-for-2 with one RBI for Central Missouri.
