Helias boys, girls advance from district track meet

WASHINGTON, Mo. — The Helias track teams didn’t come away with a team title at Saturday’s Class 3 District 5 meet, but they advanced a healthy amount on to the next step.

Helias advanced 12 boys and 13 girls on to sectionals during Saturday’s Class 3 District 5 meet at St. Francis Borgia High School.

The top four finishers in each event advanced to sectionals to be held Saturday at Marshfield.
