Calvary-Tolton enters postseason on a roll

The regular season went very well for the Calvary-Tolton baseball team, and the Lions are hoping the postseason does the same.
“We’re 9-7 and I hate to say we’ve exceeded my expectations, but we’ve certainly met them,” Lions coach Rusty Bourg said. “We’ve kept everybody healthy and should be ready to go.”
The Lions begin the Class 1 District 10 Tournament today at St. Elizabeth as the No. 3 seed, facing off with sixth-seeded Newburg at 3 p.m.
