A Fulton man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree sodomy for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 12 in Jefferson City.
Shea Stieber, 24, pleaded guilty as part of a plea agreement with the Cole County Prosecuting Attorney’s office.
According to a police report, the offense occurred in July 2010 while Stieber was living at the residence of the victim. Medical tests showed there were some signs of sexual contact.
Stieber admitted to performing sex on the victim, but said there was no penetration.
