Helias beats Hickman 4-3 in soccer

COLUMBIA — Helias trailed 2-1 at halftime but rallied for a 4-3 win against Hickman on Wednesday.

The Lady Crusaders, who finished the regular season with an 18-4-2 record, got goals from Tiffany Weaver, Jenna Duncan, Courtney Lock and Alex Heislen.

Kaitlin Brauner picked up two assists and Taylor Hagenhoff had one.

Helias is the No. 1 seed in the Class 2 District 10 Tournament that begins Monday at 179 Soccer Park. The Lady Crusaders take on fourth-seeded Fulton at 6:30 p.m. If the Lady Crusaders win, they take on the winner of the Osage- Boonville game at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
